2. Description of Service

PickTracker is a sports pick tracking and competition platform that allows users to:

• Make predictions on sports game outcomes
• Track their pick performance and earn points
• Compete with others in private leagues
• View leaderboards and analytics

Important: PickTracker is for entertainment purposes only. No real money gambling or wagering is involved. Users do not win or lose real money based on their picks.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use PickTracker.

3.3 Account Termination

4. User Conduct

• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use automated systems or bots to make picks
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the Service's source code
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Leagues and Competition

5.1 League Rules

League administrators can set custom rules, scoring settings, and included sports. By joining a league, you agree to follow that league's specific rules.

5.2 Pick Deadlines

Picks must be made before the game start time or the league's designated deadline. Late picks will not be accepted.

5.3 Scoring Disputes

Game results are sourced from The Odds API. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors in third-party data. Scoring disputes should be directed to league administrators.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

PickTracker offers free and paid subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and may be updated with notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

6.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PickTracker, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using PickTracker, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Gambling

PickTracker is NOT a gambling platform. No real money is won or lost based on pick outcomes. The Service is for entertainment and competition purposes only.

9.2 Service Availability

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

9.3 Third-Party Data

Game scores and odds are provided by third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickTracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PickTracker from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
